There are a maximum of seven continents - Asia, Africa ,North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe, Australia/Oceania. Many geographers and scientists now refer to six continents, where Europe and Asia are combined (because they're one solid landmass).
There are four named oceans: the Pacific , Atlantic,  Indian, and Arctic. However, most countries - including the United States - now recognize the Southern (Antarctic) as the fifth ocean. The Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian are known as the three major oceans.
